catchy music

Cut the Rope for Android

In Cut the Rope, your objective is to deliver a tasty treat to a green little guy named Om Nom. You cut ropes that have the candy attached in a logical manner in which the ultimate goal is to swing the candy right into the chompers of Om Nom. You swipe your finger to swing ropes through various sharp implements, sometimes lasers, to get the ropes to sever and then attach depending on the objective of the level. You’ll also need to collect other object for points along the way like stars and busting bubbles.

Android Market

Cut the Rope is a great, award winning app from ZeptoLab. It went to number one nearly immediately when it was first released on the App store. It is now seeing the same success with the Android port that was recently released.

Costs one dollar to get rid of ads and totally worth it.

iTunes App Store or Android Market

iTunes App Store

Have you ever been to a store that is so unorganized you get a headache and just want to leave? Unfortunately, many android app seekers are having that problem. The obvious reason is that there are so many free app developers competing then the second reason is that the Android Market interface is like it was put together by the 2 year old children of Google developers at the Google Daycare. It isn’t that the Android Market is ugly and it isn’t that it is too complicated, it really is just a matter of the content overwhelming a terribly inept organizational system.

Android Market

iTunes App store doesn’t have as many problems in organization as the Android Market because iTunes mainly deals with paid apps. Less bombardment from developers and Apple has a higher quality control ranking that Android. The iTunes App store does have one problem though and that’s the nearly impossible way to locate it through a search.

Apps

Once you do eventually find the iTunes App store you end up having to log into iTunes. Apple needs to make their store more accessible. The Android Market just needs a complete overhaul and asap before the problem gets any worse.

Best Applications Tap Tap Revenge 2

best applicationsThere have been a series of Tap Tap games available in the app store, but the majority of them aren’t free. The Tap Tap Revenge 2 gives users a chance to enjoy the finger tapping fun at no cost to them. With a similar though to the Guitar hero, Tap Tap relies on a screen with three lines with music notes soaring by to the beat of the song.

It comes with different difficulty levels, the easiest one is simple enough for children to use. As it gets more difficult it requires someone with quick reflexes to get points. The graphics are pretty good, and the touch response is quick.

While some of the tracks come with the download, there are also additional tracks available for purchase. If one does not want to invest in any Tap Tap tracks, they also offer a wide selection of free track downloads which are updated weekly.
